What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural altered state of awareness in which a client becomes inwardly focused and open to subconscious processes, memories and transpersonal experiences. It can be used for a range of behavioural and relaxation techniques, to promote natural healing and positive unconscious changes, and for exploring Past Life and Between Lives experiences.
How does it work?
Your mind is comprised of two parts – the conscious and the subconscious.
The conscious mind is what you are aware of on a moment-to-moment basis throughout your day. It is logical, factual, analytical and is responsible for your critical thinking, it is also the gate – keeper of the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind stores all your beliefs, values, memories and emotions, including fears and traumas. The content of your subconscious mind is essentially your programming, it is what makes you who you are. In order to retrieve Past Life memories and bring healing, the subconscious must be accessed. But this cannot be done if the conscious mind – the gate keeper – stands in the way. Fortunately, the conscious mind is not always on guard. By inducing a state of hypnosis, we can get the conscious mind to recede into the background and allow direct communication with the subconscious. In this altered state of reality clients are guided to Past Life experiences. This gives them an opportunity to see the source of events that have created emotional, mental and physical patterns in their current life, and to bring this awareness into their current life for resolution and healing.
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes, absolutely. Hypnosis is a perfectly naturally occurring state and is not only safe, but a very positive experience, Most people find a Past Life / Life Between Lives session to be enlightening, entertaining, cathartic and extremely empowering.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes, as long as a person has the mental capacity to understand and follow suggestions, they can be hypnotised. It is true however that some people are more easily hypnotised than others – we refer to this as suggestibility. Suggestibility is largely linked to a person’s creativity and imagination. Note that the extent to which you are suggestible is neither good nor bad – it just is. To be hypnotised is easy – you simply have to relax, listen and follow along. The less ‘effort” you put in, the better and deeper your results.
What should I expect during a session?
The less you expect to experience in regression therapy, the more open you will be to what you will experience. If you look for something specific from a past life, you may miss something equally as important. Fortunately, with each regression, you’ll experience more, due to your familiarity with the process and what to expect. In turn, this increases your chances of picking up on more subtle messages and the tiniest of clues. These could be critically important to putting the pieces of your past lives together.
Each Past Life Regression you experience fills in more of the blanks in the journey of your soul’s past lives.
The more you accept that every past life, through regression is important, the more open you will be to understand the lessons that are there for you to learn. There are no failures. Many times, the images or feelings will continue to surface in your conscious mind long after the session has ended. More information may come to you through dreams or thoughts at any time. Think of it as an adventure, you were, after all, drawn to experience a Past life Regression for a reason.
